Returns
Our return and refund policy have a duration of 14 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@jild.ca with your name, order number, and reason for return. Please note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded. The product must be in the original, unopened packaging within 7 days of the return request, and a return number will be issued by JILD
Please be aware that, as a brand committed to quality, we are unable to refund any opened products at this time. For any product-related concerns, kindly contact us at info@jild.ca
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@jild.ca
Shipping Returns
Upon confirming your return, we will provide you with the return address via email. You are responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Sale Items
Refunds are applicable only to regular priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
